Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability to maintain quality service for all guests.
